Which browsers are supported?
It’s been tested on Mac and Windows with most major browsers.
Are mobile devices supported?
Yes! We’ve redesigned the front-end.
How to I pay for a ticket?
We use Stripe for all of our transactions. No financial information is stored on the Exotopia website, nor do we have access to this at all.
Do I need a MetaMask Wallet to participate?
Nope! We are using an identity-authentication service called ORE so that you can login with via email.
We use MetaMask as one login possibility, since earlier versions of Exotopia supported this login feature, when we were using NFTs in the project. It is still a convenient way to login and so we kept this feature in.
What happened to the NFT version?
The first two voyages for Exotopia used NFTs for the illustrations. Most of the users were not so excited about this and it presented more complications than it was worth, in terms of technical aspects and concept, so we pivoted into illustrations that are AI-generated.
I bought a ticket but can’t get to my story.
We’ve run into this problem with a few users and the scenario is that they created a login with email and did a second login with another email. Try your original email address.
If it still persists, contact us through the feedback form and I can get your sorted in the database directly.
Are the tickets transferable?
Yes, you can “gift” a ticket to another user, who has signed up via email. They have to register with the Exotopia site.
Once signed in, go Tools page and you will find the option to Gift a Ticket
